Cockroach

To this group belongs:

• German cockroach (Blattella germanica): is a small specie of cockroach, measuring about 1.3 to 1.6 cm long. The German cockroach is the number one roach in the world; these cockroaches can reach between 12 or 16 million.

• American cockroach (Periplaneta americana): is the largest specie of common cockroach. American cockroach adults grow to an average length of around 4 cm and about 7 ml tall. They are reddish brown and have a yellowish margin on the body region behind the head.

• Oriental cockroach (Blatta orientalis): is a large specie of cockroach, measuring about 2.4 or 2.8 cm in length at maturity. It is dark brown to black in color and has a glossy body.
